witcher2 is unbearable shit. there is no way anyone can enjoy playing game with all those crazy controls.

Reverted 12.10 to 12.04 LTS and chose unity-2d instead of accelerated version. Removed all the crapware (u-one, zeitgeist, online lens, non-working gwibber) and it feels way faster already. I think battery life has increased too and so far fan has been really quiet. I'll give it a week of trial, let's see how that turns out.
